STUDIO POLICY​

Please review your confirmation & reminder emails prior to attending your appointment. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early. We kindly ask that you do NOT bring any extra guests/children due to limited space & COVID-19 regulations. Thank you for your cooperation.

RESERVATION:

In order to reserve your desired slot, a $40 non-refundable deposit is required for all services. A valid card on file is required and will be charged in case of a no show/cancellation outside of our studio policy.

 

RESCHEDULING:

A minimum of 24 hr notice is required to reschedule your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations must be done 24 hrs before your scheduled time. Failing to do so will result in you losing your deposit and you will be charged 50% of your service fee.

NO SHOW POLICY:

Failing to show up to your appointment will result in you losing your deposit and your card will be charged the full amount of your service fee.

LATE FEE :

We allow a 15 minute grace period if you are running behind time. However if you are more than 20 minutes late, you will be charged a late fee and your appointment may be rescheduled.
